I have 2 100D cards, 1 which is connected to a Merlin Network, and the second is connected to my local carrier. When I connect the second one to the local carrier, the clock comes up as local and it needs to be from the carrier. Anyone know how to make this change? -Bunkman

In WinSPM (or at the operator phone) go through SysProgram-->LinesTrunks-->ClockSync. There you can set the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary clock sources for the DS1 cards in the respsctive ss/pp's.

The sources are either Local (on Merlin) or Loop (at the far-end, usually telco).

Hope this helps!

Oops! Forgot to mention that you have to hit More to scroll to the ClockSync option. It isn't on the first screen...

yeah, I had changed it previously to loop but it wouldn't take until I made the second PRI the primary. It seems to be better now. No more slips! -Bunkman
