Option 11 - New PRI - D channel came up - some B channels are in make busy. Tech on-site checking programming - reviewed all provisioning with the local CO when it was turned up today - TMDI card replaced - same problem - any ideas? Thank You!

Sporatic channels in make busy or several channels in a row?

Tech says the first few are OK - the rest - all in a row are in make busy

Is there a CSU in between the TMDI and the smart jack? If so, bypass it for testing. If not and you have replaced your TMDI card, then you might want to go back to the carrier and have them double and triple check the provisioning. You might also be able to tell what is going on if you turn on DCH messaging and watch the B-channels when you enable the loop. You should see startup messages on each channel.

Not sure about the CSU - will find out. Thank you for the information.

contact telco and have them reset their end or take their end out of maintenance

Telco saw D and B channels - no problems on their end during turn up. Found NTP info LD 73 regarding RALM - yellow alarm that would put channels in maintenance busy state - is this the same thing? If so , NTP says card must be restored to service manually. Thanks.

Disable DCH Service message if you have it enable and rebounce your loop. Generally, when some channels are in MSBY on a PRI, I've found that its becuase Telco have their end down for whatever reason.

Thank you - Telebub and yyrkroon for all the info - will continue working on this and let you know how it works out.

Can you post you ADAN for the DCH, RDB and TNB of a trunk?

Is there only one PRI or multiple? if mulitple are ther muliptle DCH? If so, are they Primary/Backup or individual configuration?

Sometimes you just need to enable the channels one at a time.

Thank you to everyone - techs needed to put this aside until next week - will bring all new info to them. Will let you know how things work out.
