Was your span ever working or is it a new span.
if it is existing and it just went into lockout call the carrier. Ask to talk to the tester and check your IFC settings. We had a customer where the LEC changed their interface type and the channels locked out. the lock out is usually a mismatch somewhere. 99.9% of the time your problem will be with the carrier.
