PRI-Can call in but can' call out

I am downsizing a Pro-Logic to a Merlin Magix R4 and to test the Magix, I plugged in the PRI to the 100DCD and I can call in, but can't call out. When dialing a outbound call, I get a fast busy back from the CO. I ask the ILEC to monitor the PRI during the process and they do not see my outgoing call come in to the CO. I think the Pro-Logic has the same set up parameters as the MAGIX - but I'am not sure.

I ran test on the 1000DCD and they all came back OK. Any ideas out there?

Make sure your switch type is correct?
B-Channels and lines are programmed under PRI programming?
Trunks put in a pool?
Pool put in ARS?

Well, let me say this about that.

PRI IS A WHOLE 'NUTHER ANIMAL.

Print & Post your PRI and I'd be willing to bet we can figure out where the problem is.

 
I finally got it working - left out a step in the setup. Thanks to all who answered my call of HELP
