On a newly installed PRI we can receive and make calls everywhere but to the same Legend phone switch. Can dial locally, LD and Int'l, but not to one of our on numbers. Is there something in outbound call routing I need to change to allow calls to ourselves? LEC is receiving a busy signal on their D Channel when we try this, so we get a busy as well.
