I have a site that just switched from copper-pots--to t-1/pri.
The customer is complaining that if they pause when dialing then the call will drop.
The problem is when you dial 9 then the 1st few digits of the called #-and are looking for the rest of the #--the call will time out & drop after about 5 seconds if your not dialing.
This seems to quick.
Any programming adjustment on the BCM?
Any adjustment @ the c.o.?
