I have recently installed a PRI on my MICS 5.0 and assigned target lines for DID inbound calls. This is working fine. However, when a call comes in, the telephone number of the caller shows in the display, not the caller's name. Is this a setting that I have missed or do I need to call the telephone company and tell them to send me something different? Thanks...

Under Terminals&Sets you can set 'first display'. It is under Class Assignment. You can set it for Name,Numbr or Line. If you set it for Name and you still don't get the callers name then they don't have it set from Telco. It is the callers choice whether or not you see their name.
