So we have just done a PRI install on a MICS 6.1. On inbound calls, the Call Pilot 100 answers the target line. once an extension is dialed, the caller is transferred and that's all fine. On the T7316e phones, the customer sees the following
2125551212>H291

All of the phones are programmed for 1stDisplay:Number. I know that 291 is my call pilot dn (F985). So how do I get rid of it (H291). I did this years ago on a MICS with a flash and CI cards but I can't remember.

thanks!

PS, any idea when name and number will appear at the same time? 7.0? 7.1?

Hi there, you know I have never seen this before until recently I installed a BCM50 with a call pilot and the same thing is happening on it. I will be checking this out a little further and I will get back to you. If you find out before me please let me know. Thanks
