Hello Norstar Gurus, I have a site with two PRI's. when we ported the pots lines to the span
the two "800" numbers where routed to the main telephone number.
I programmed the lines 159 & 160 for the stations taking incoming calls. "worked fine for two years".
This morning At&T changed how the calls where routed from the original lines to the "circuit"
calls are now coming in but only on the operator station. the display rears line032 calling Etc.
as I cannot program direct line appearance for pri lines 001-031 & 032-064 the only station that can receive calls is the operatior. I tried to set up the prime line to be hunt group 718 No go.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, Thanks a lot.

Have you changed providers? Has the provider changed the number of or what digits they are sending?

Find out what the receive digits are coming from the carrier and program new target lines for them.

same provider, the problem is I don't know what digits there sending if any this pri comes on a fiber
connected to their router for Voice and data. Sorry if I seem clueless on this, They changed the provisioning of the 800 numbers. thanks

If you give AT&T the 800 number they will tell you what DNIS they are sending to you for that number.

If your 800 is pointed to the main number and the main number works fine then the carrier is wrong or has an issue.

Recap for the clueless : )

800 points to a DID
DID is controlled by Target Line
Target Line must have the Received Digits programmed
Received Digits is the last set of numbers of the DID

800 666-6666 points to
DID XXX-555-1234
If carrier is sending 4 Digits then your system needs to be set to 4
Your Received Digits under target Lines needs to be 4 Digits so in this case 1234

Ask carrier:
-how many digits they are sending
-list of ALL DID's
-which DID or DID's your 800 numbers point too
Keep this documented

I agree with Curly. If every inbound DID call is ringing the operator, AT&T has changed the number of digits they're sending you. Verify the number of received digits in the MICS programming and have AT&T change the number they're sending you to match the number of received digits in the MICS.

Thank you gentlemen, I had to wait till Saturday to change any programming, "very busy office".
after reading your posts I remembered enough about pri programming to resolve the issue.
I contacted AT&T they told me they were sending the whole ten digit number, I set up target lines for the two 800 numbers, to ring and appear where I needed them.
Again thank you very much.
