PRI/BRI VideoConference Trouble

I have a strange situation hoping someone might have run across. I have a PRI and BRI at a remote site for VC. I can connect to the PRI no trouble (Ericsson MD110 BC 11 both ends)the remote location using the PRI siezes a trunk but will not connect. Same deal with the BRI except in reverse the remote can connect to Home Office but Home Office can not connect to them using BRI I can see the BRI seizing a trunk on the remote end but then it drops out.

Any thought wouldbe greatly appreciated been scratching my head for a week on this one.

What codecs are you using?

Are they set up correctly with respect to ISDN switch type and number plan?

Are the dialled numbers formatted and sent from the codecs according to what the MD is expecting?

Are the line speeds correct on both ends (64k or 56k)

For the calls that fail, can you look at the call logs and see the disconnect cause codes?

Is the PRI dedicated or do these calls go thru the public network?

Are the BRI's on ELU-26 or dual access extensions?

Are you routing thru the MD using LCR or dest codes?

Are you doing bonded calls or nx64 (or nx56)?

That's a start....
