PRI B channel

I am having a problem installing the bri channels on a Magix R 4.0 v 7.0. I set up the 100 DS1 board for pri but I can not install the b channels. Am I missing a step or doing something wrong.

What slot is the T1 module in?

Let's assume it is in slot 7.

Then, you would create your B channels as 0701, 0702, 0703, etc.

I tried install the b channels that way and I still get the error tone.I have another 100 DS1 card coming so hopefully that helps.

ALSO is your system by chance set for KEY?

Thanks Merlinman for all the help. It turned out to be the 100 ds1 card put the new one in and was able to add the channels. The system is setup to Hybrid/PBX.

What type of card (617?xx) did you have to start with and was the one you put in different?
