PRI B-Channel Reset

Has anyone experienced the issue where all B-channels reset every hour? Carrier is Century Link and they have indicated there are no alarms from their Adtran. I do not see any alarms on the line so the circuit doesn't appear to be dropping but exactly at 1 hour, every hour, the channels all reset. We have worked with the carrier and changed from NI2 to 5ESS and have verified all other settings are correct but the issue persists. I have both T-1 and ISDN trace options on but nothing shows when this occurs.
 
In todays's PRI they have changed a lot of stuff. Used to be you had to ID both the switch type and protocl. Hence you would get settings like 5ESS and NI2 protocol. Nowadays, NI2 is used as a universal setting because most of the new IAD devices can run PRI regardless of the far end PBX settings. Did you make sure the switch type is actually 5ESS? How is it delivered? Straight T1 connection or through an IAD? Century Link does still use a lot of DMS100 switches, and they can be funky sometimes. Have them verify the switch type.
 
I failed to give one additional detail. This is actually SIP delivered as PRI, so the carrier switch is actually Broadsoft.
 
So the switch type should just be left at NI2 normally. Is this a new PRI or a replacement PRI from another provider? Which version of IP office? is the PRI card new? have you tried swapping that just to eliminate hardware?
 
This system is approximately 1 year old and everything was fine until about a month ago. We noticed a PRI red alarm on 1/8/20 and issues have been since about that time. Same PRI. IP Office version 11.0.0 when the issue started and recently updated to 11.0.4.2 to see if it made a difference. We have another PRI card to install but still troubleshooting with carrier.
 
are you getting your internet and PRI delivered across that same broadband?
 
Not sure but I believe so. Haven't been to the site in a while.
