PRI B Channel not released Error 7004

The provider (TW) tells me that Channel one won't release when it isn't busy. This problem comes and goes, changed out the 100DS1 card in Jan and all seemed OK on channel one. Now it is back and I just can't imagine it is the 100DS1 card again. Why just Channel one. The errors that I see are 7804, 000E, and naturally 4C03. Any Ideas out there.

Is it a Legend R6 or lower with the DS1 card in slot 1?

It is a Legend R7.0 with a Magix 100DS1 in slot 05 there are no 012 cards in this carrier.

Saturdays errors indicated that the PRI went down 6C01 and 7003. Also there were 139 - 7804 and 000E. This coming Friday evening we are changing providers and it would not suprise me if this condition cleared up.

Well, just lookin at it, your 100-d Card IS NOT in a position to be bothered by 016-TRR Modules.

But just for info, what is the 517 number on your 100-d?
