PRI and the attendant console

We had a PRI configured as 5ESS and all incoming calls went to the console and displayed all DID info: who was calling and the DID number dialed. We upgraded the PRI to NI2 and installed an NTBK53 to accommodate NI2. Everything seems to be working fine at the moment except the incoming Caller ID info is no longer displayed on the console. What am I missing in the configuration that will turn the caller ID to the console back on?

Is the LEC sending you caller ID info?

This is an idiot response which I may regret, but ht LEC is supposed to be sending CLID.

Trace a test call on that circuit in LD 80 and see if you see the CLID info. That will tell you if its the line or the console at fault.
