Please help me solve this one. Legend R7 customer has main number coming into the PRI (digits 8514). I am absorbing the digits and inserting 110 (receptionist extension). The customer wants to have 8514 ring at 6 other extensions when the receptionist leaves for lunch, or in the evening. I also have 110 setup as an automated attendant with cover set at 6 rings.

I would just put cover buttons for 110 on the 6 phones that want to ring, and see if that meets their needs.

Tried that with delay ring, they only want it ringing at the other 6 when the receptionist leaves and actvates a button, similiar to Night Service on copper trunks.

Well, now you get into COVER OFF.

When the light is on, the COVERAGE is OFF.

When the light is OFF, the COVERAGE is ON.

Thanks Merlinman for helping, I will try using the cover off. I guess that will affect my group 30 cover during the day on x110 also?

Yep, but if they toggle it when they want to have coverage, it should be a non-issue.

You could always set up a nite bell on the system under control of the console if you have a spare T/R station.

....JIM....

Thanks Syquest, that is plan B. It was plan A, got shut down by the customer unless a last resort. Hard to break them from what they were used to with copper trunks and night service.
