PRI & Internal Transfers

Hello again: It seems as though my PRI project didn't go as well as I hoped as now the users cannot transfer call internally, and made outgoing calls. Is there something to look for in the UDP tables or ARS? Any thought will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
