In older versions of Microsoft Office (Excel) when CREATE MACRO was used in the notes section of the Macro it would write the name the Macro was given and the date it was created on. In 2010 it only lists the name of the Macro. Is there a way to have the created on date appear when using CREATE MACRO in the 2010 version?

Previous versions did that by automatically inserting text along the lines of 'Macro recorded DD/MM/YYYY by user' to the macro's description. That description showed in the record macro dialogue and could be edited. You can still add such text manually.
