Previewing Reports Problem

I have just installed BOE XI R2.

I added a few reports yesyerday to the CMC, logged in as the administrator and previewed with no difficulties.

I also imported some reports from CE10 to the new system and previewed them on the CMC with no problems.

Today I have imported all the reports from CE10 and now when I go to preview every report I get he following

Account Information Not Recognized
Class not registered
Please check that the appropriate CMS name and authentication type are specified.
Re-enter your user name and password, and click Log On.

Can anybody tell me whats happening?

Try restarting ALL of the BOE XI R2 services. Use the Central Configuration Manager to do this. Under Program Files, Business Objects on the server which BOE is installed.

Log in as Administrator and try again.

There are usually some Sample Reports installed by the BOE install Program. These run against a small Access database also installed by the BOE install program. Try running (Preview them and Schedule them) these to ensure your BOE XI R2 installation is working OK.
