All of my 17 of my reports uses queries to search for the record I want to print. This is necessary because my end users searches for records by name. The report is built on one table. There are 135 different fields (no two fields are alike) but the determination of what records will print are based on the person's name for the report. I allow users to preview this report prior to printing. The preview sometimes works sometimes it don't; however, the printed version works but only if preview does. My questions are:
1. Why can't I preview after a record has been entered then print it, refresh don't work?
2. Should I have a something setup differently for printing my reports.
