I am using Crystal Reports Professional 7.0 and I have created a report which is selecting history from a Sybase database. The report query is using dates for selection from the database. In Crystal Reports , the preview screen shows the expected data. On deployment of this report in Seagate Info, passing the same dates into the database for the report, yields no rows being selected, returning a "Null" row.
Anyone have any experience with the preview output being different from the actual report as deployed? In particular, where the query completely fails when deployed, though it takes the expected time to execute?
