Preview problem using Report Design Component

I've got a VB project that uses Report Design Component 6.0.

This started happening on a few of the PC's I have an app installed on: when I preview a report (printing to an HP 4000 series printer), it displays garbage. When I change the printer to an HP 4 it previews correctly. The same application on another computer in the same office printing to the HP4000 series printer previews correctly.

I've tried uninstalling the printers and reinstalling with no luck.

Seagate suggested using a modules utility to compare a working PC to a non-working PC to see if a dll file was out of date. This too did not work.

Any suggestions?
