Preview Pane - Lotus Notes 5.12

Hello,

This is driving me crazy.... when I turn on the preview pane...I would like it to remain on (now I have to turn it on every time).

Also, when you click an e-mail and read it only through the preview.... does it trigger a "read" receipt?

In the database properties, do you have the option "Restore as last viewed by user" checked ?

Also make sure your server is not R6 as it does not play nice, My user's go home aand the next morning the preview is not set any longer,
