I Have acrobat 8.1 on windows XP and it worked fine for ages. recently I noticed all icons for the pdf files changed image!?
Now I am unable to double click on each file for it to open, acrobat reader opens with a blank screen except the message 'No Preview avaialable'.
This also accurs when I vist websites with download pdf files, most infuriating.
I can open my files by right click and 'open with' menu.
I'd like to get back to previous happy state, any suggestions please
