I am writing a report with a multiple-record interior subreport. When I print (preview) the report, I get multiple pages with the same group of records.

I suspect the report writer is printing a report page for each record. I would bet the problem has an easy fix but I am at a loss to find the solution. Does this problem flag a reason for its happening?

I can get around the problem by printing the first page of the report but that's a pain.

My Specs are:
Access 2007
Windows 8.1
8GB RAM
2.2 MHz CPU
Intel Core I7

Thanks,
Ron

I expect your main report has the same level of detail as the subreport. Either that or you don't have the link master/child set up properly.

The main report should not have the detail records from the subreport in its record source.

There is no image with your post. Can you simply reply with:
[ul]
[li]SQL View of the record source of the report[/li]
[li]SQL View of the record source of the subreport[/li]
[li]The link master/child property values[/li]
[/ul]
