I have a combo-box on my switchboard in which I can select a particular record in a query or table that has an associated OLE (pdf) file.
I would like to select the record (aircraft type) in this case and either preview or print the associated pdf file (brochure).
So far, all I can figure out to do is to create a subform on the switchboard that shows all the records and pdf's and then click on each to open it in Adobe. I would rather select the record in a combo-box and preview/print it with a button click that way (much like you would do with reports).
Any ideas?
