Preview a report on screen but dont allow to print

Is there a way to print preview a report but not allow users to print a physical copy? its an odd question I know but security is a huge concern for my client (to the point of paranoia)

As the developer, you have control over which buttons on the file menu and toolbar the user can see. If you don't want the user to be able to print, disable the print buttons and menuitems.

Can do this based on user or group permissions? as the Administrator still wants to be able to print but not allow the managers to print, only preview. as well I was unaware that you can effect the print preview menu. I knew I could manipulate the standard Menu. I will have to give it a try and see if I can figure out how to do this. thanks

Yes, you can provided you have the security setup.
