preventing telemarketer calls

i have an option 11. No caller ID. Is there any way to block calls from unknown telemarketers? I am guessing no, but thought i'd check with you experts. Thank you.

There is no way to stop them. BUT.....

I have made a hobby of suing them (only in the US) and collecting $$$$$$.

I got so good at it I was featured on Dateline NBC, CNN, Fox News, etc.
