Hi, Does anyone know of a way to prevent people from modifying the body of a message when they are replying or forwarding an email sent by me? Kind of locking the email content.

I would appreciate any help with this.

Thank you!

Not that I'm aware of however you could investigate an archiving solution of some type. That way if there was ever any question, you could refer to the archived message that is not available for editing. Of course with something like this you have legal implications that would need to be considered so always have counsel involved. One low-cost option is GFI Mail Archiver...cheap and works very well.

You can't do this for forwarding or replying but you can for the first inbound using digital certificates.
