I am joining two tables: Company Table and Phone Number Table. When I do this, I am getting one record for each Phone Number resulting in something like this:

Record 1 Company ABC Business Phone 555-1212
Record 2 Company ABC Fax Phone 555-9999
Record 3 Company ABC Private Line 555-7777

How can I get the following result?

Record 1 Company ABC Business Phone 555-1212 Fax Phone 555-9999 Private Line 555-7777

NOTE: I may have up to 10 telephone numbers to one company.

You can't eliminate having 10 records, but you can have all 10 records print on one line. Will that help? Ken Hamady

Yes. I don't necessarily need them all on one line, however, I need all the phone numbers to appear for the same company.

I would group on Company and create a String variable that gets reset in the Group Header and "grows" by concatanating the phone info from each record into itself (with appropriate spaces where needed).

Then, show the information in the Group footer.

Cheers,
