We a Metaframe XP server on Windows 2000. There are a lot of our clients that use Winfax and we don't want the Winfax printers to autocreate. Since we don't have the drivers installed on the server, they don't autocreate, but we get tons of errors in our event log. Does anyone know of a way to tell Metaframe to NOT autocreate a specific type of printer so that we can eliminate all of the error messages in our event log?

Not really but, you can tell it to only create the default printer.
In the Citrix Connection Configuration and the icp-tcp properties. Look under client settings and there is a check box for "By default, connect only the client's main printer". So, only there default printer will be created. I doubt if many have the winfax as default. If so, tell them to stop that!! :)

Thanks for your help. I didn't find a wtsuprnt.inf file on my server. I'm guessing that this is because it's Windows 2000 and not TSE. Anyway, I went into the CMC and mapped a new printer driver using the name of the printers that are attempting to autocreate without specifying the driver to use and it seems to have worked fine. Thanks for the help, once again.

wtsuprnt.inf when never used, is called wtsuprnt.txt (the rename is for activating)
Using the CMC makes the mapping farmwide, using the inf only on that server.
