Preventing Duplicates in WorldWriter

This may be a completely stupid question, but I regularly get asked if it is possible to prevent duplicate records from appearing in dreamwriters where more than one table is being joined.

I have to admit to the users that I don't know, and suggest they check their joins, but often they say that there is nothing wrong with them, but they will still get Duplicate records.

Is there something I am overlooking?

A lot depends on the files that are being joined. Are you on World on OneWorld??
