I have a workstation which is shared by several users with different accounts. I would like to prevent those users from being able to lock the workstation as this prevents others from logging in.

Can anyone tell me a good way to do this? I've looked through the local security policy on the workstation and I can't find anything that seems to do the job.

Is the workstation a member of a domain? You can apply a GPO to prevent them from doing it.

Another option is to simply tell the users not to do it and if they do they'll risk losing their work because you'll login as the admin.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Can they all use a common, local user account that you create? If your environment has web mail, that makes implementing such a solution easier.
