Prevent users from saving to their desktop

We have a terminal server and I have the My Documents folder redirected to their user directory on a file server. However, some people are creating folders on their desktops.

Is there a way I can prevent them from saving files and creating folders on the desktop with a GPO?

I'm sure there is a way, I just can't find the right one.
