Prevent user from using specific co line 1

Hi for all my friends here..! my question is is there is another away to prevent master user to use a specific co line beside instead of using trs denied services..?
What are the ways that i can do inorder to achive this.

No, you need to setup lines into groups and block the trunk group in trs per user

If you just use line keys, wouldn’t stop them getting it dialling 9

Very thanksful Mr obtsystems..! Well i know how can i put every co line in groub, yet i dont think that i know how to prevent groub in trs. Please can you give me more detail about how can i do that..?

Under system settings class of service, external block. You block the trunk group to a class of service for the line you want to disable access to, then in extensions set thr extension to that group. Use class of service above 7, and you can add set the restrictions on day, night, lunch and night using cos 1-7
