How do you prevent one mailbox from allowing the calling party from dialing "0" and reaching the (our) operator? This paticular number has a toll free number pointed at it and the caller should only be able to leave a message.

If nothing is set in your revert DN field, you are probably defaulting to the operator #, you could try putting the mailboxs own number in there, creating a loop, not perfect, but it will stop the operator getting called.

There was nothing in the revert field. That did work by putting there number in the revert field.

Thanks for the idea.
