When data is changed in a form, it is automatically saved. Is there an easy way to not save until the save button is pressed, but ask if you would like to save, if the close or add record button is pressed. I am not a programmer, so give me details that I can understand. Thanks for all the help over the past week.

The only way I know of is to not bind your data to the form. This would require much code writing to basically take the bat out of the hands of Access. For me (being the control freak that I am) it's the only way to fly. JHall
