Im reporting on premises that have been visited and graded A to F. My problem is that most premises have been visited more than once and have multiple entries. How can I select just the worst graded (A is worst) entries and disregard duplicate address.

Any brief starting points would help, I can't think where to begin!

I'm using v.8 but under the Dababase menu there is a "Select Distinct Records" option you can try using.

Hello Andy,
First, sort the fields to where the duplicates are in the same section, next right click on the section margin that they are in and select format section. Within this, select the formula box right next to suppress section and try the following formula: {address field}=next({address field}) Seagate Certified RCAD Specialist.

Actually you should eliminate the bad stuff altogether

In the Record Selection formula put the filter

{Table.grade} = "A"

then only these will be selected
