Prevent outlook2003 caching client to "work offline"

hi there, outlook2003 sp3 client running on xps3 machine, while server side exchange2003sp2 running on w2k3 server sp1

occassionally, user's ol2003 client will "automatically" went into "work offline", to fix it we've to uncheck the tick before "work offline"

wondering if any keyboard shortcut which could trigger the work offline?

or any other known reason for such strange behavior?
