Prevent named (or concurrent) users logging to CE > 1 time

I've noticed that a named or concurrent user can log into CE > 1 time, from a different workstation. So e.g., if two users shared a user name/pw, they could login simultaneously and only take up one license. While not pratical for typical usage, is it possible to prevent a user from logging in more than once. Does this seem like a bug to anyone else ? (I'm distributing CE to a paying user base and don't want to give away freebies).
