prevent multiple login from same computer

hi,

I need som lgoic which describes how prevent multiple user logins from same pc.

it is allawed if you are logged in as user1 by IE and try to login as user2 from mozilla.but not allowed from same pc and same browser.

if you use same browser and same pc when user1 refreshes the page or goes to new page it will use user2's accounts.

In your login logic, save the name of the PC to a table with other info. When the user logs in, check for this computer name in the table, if it exists, display a message that they are already logged in. When they log out, or the session ends, remove the row from the table.

The best way to do this is...don't.

Seriously, in a web based environment this is a really poor idea and will only lead to problems.

I have to agree. Especially when the user lets the session timeout. It is not guaranteed that the code will run in the global.asax to clean up the log in.
