Prevent html image download on Save as HTML page

Hi,

I know another person asking how to save image theft.
And I know really can't be done.

Heres the question.

How can I prevent people from downloading none html content (Images) when they save an HTML page to their locale system?

So that they can view the page when on-line,
but cannot veiw the page images when they are not on-line.
