Hi,
How can I prevent a single user from doing ftp .
Is there any direct command or I need a firewall.

Suresh.

The file '/etc/ftpusers' lists all users not allowed ftp access (one user per line). If the file is not there (which is what happened to me), then just create it.

Hope this helps.
