Just want to try and clean up this error. Pasted below the programming.
Question: Why did my previous work partner put the ACD 61XX in FDN and HUNT? Why did he not leave them blank, or put 000, or even our 5888 sending it to voice mail system?

CFNA cannot terminate on the Forward DN (FDN) because the FDN is an
ACD-DN which is not a Message Center, or the set on which the FDN is
defined does not have Message Waiting Allowed (MWA) Class of Service
(COS).
Either redefine the FDN, or give the dialed set MWA COS. <-- Already set to MWA
Severity: Minor
 
I think he was trying to send the call back to the ACD if someone called the extension and they didn't answer. Should really only do this if the ACD call is not answered. You would do that in the ACDN programming and shouldn't try to do that on the phone.

It might be that they wanted callers that dialed the SCR 62XX to reach a live person if busy or unanswered. In that case it would make sense to FDN and HUNT to the ACDN. If that's what you want then you need to change the ACDN 61XX to MWC YES in LD 23. That will stop the errors.
