Need to know how to prevent calling party number from being sent to CO, the phones that are making call to the CO over a tie trunk? I have PRI's in my system for that trunk! Thank in advance!

Could you please post the RDB of the one's your talking about I'm not sure what your asking, could you explain more clearly?

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

You cant stop Calling Party Number from being sent to the CO. The CO owns the network.

You can block Caller ID from being sent to the called party by adding the LD57 FFC CODE "CPP" - make it *67 if you're in the USA

Then dial *67 + outside line access code + phone number

If trying to stop CLID on an single station, change the CLS CPND =Call Party Name Denied. This will resolve on the set level. If you want to change system wide you may have to change on the trunk side, but I beleive more then likely you will have to go to your carrier and request "unavaliable" be displayed

CLS DDGD blocks name and number on my set. It just says restricted. Again, this is at the set level.

sdappelt: How about some responces to our questions.
