Prevent call forward cancel?

Hello people,

I have a set that is set to call forward, I can do a set lock on it to prevent anyone from cancelling this. The only time this set is to be used is if there is a WAN outage, in which case I could not unset the lock on the BCM side because I would have no connection.

My question is can you unset a lock from the keypad? Or is there a way to prevent people from cancelling a call forward on the set?
