Prevent authentication everytime for web access

H There,

I have installed web interface for metframe PM4. Now when the users are lgging in remotely and opening any application, its asking for authentication everytime when the user click on published applications.
Can someone tell me how can we prevent this and it should only authenticate once, when the user logs in.
