Hey everyone this is a pretty basic question but I've seem to forgot how to do it. I just reinstall win xp pro on my pc, the question is: You know on your desktop you have icons, and the titles of icon match you desktop color well I like it when it is clear. For instance I have a picture of lets say Britney Spears and then icon shows up with a color on the title of the icon. I know its sounds a little confusing. Hope u guys know what i mean. Thanks..
