In a UDP networked environment, is there a way to program where the 0 goes to when a user presses it? For example, if you an A, B, and C switch, when someone picks up a phone and hits 0, can all 3 phone switches go to the same number extension?

Figure it out damn-it!

Pressing 0 at an extension will ring to the lowest logical ID of the switch you are connected to.

Thanks guys. No its not centralized VM. I know I can do things through VM, but more looking for what touchtonetommy replied w/. I think the answer is no. I might be able to set up some forwarding from an operator phone on each switch. Operator phones can forward, correct?

Figure it out damn-it!

Because the caller dialled 0 instead of the operator's actual extension, I don't think it will forward or cover, but certainly try it and let us know!

The Dial 0 feature works with and is part of the QCC que, and is not very flexible. It would be best to read the Feature Reference document about QCC and call types to better understand how it works and what you can't do with it.

It is to large to post the whole thing here. If you don't have it, you can download it from Avaya's website: support.avaya.com

Happy reading!
