pressing on the exit small x box on a frame/panel

Hi there;
I have a question about that little close button(X) on the upper rigt part of any frame/panel. Is it possible for me to get that X button in order to press on it?
I press on the button via first positioning the mouse over that X button and then pressing, but if the postion is referenced wrong then the mouse starts to press different locations, What I want is to press that little button X via getting the button and then pressing on that as pressing on a JButton component.

Any comments are appreciated,

Why don't you just close the frame?
