Pressing 9 allows outcalling? How do you turn it off?

When you call the main hunt group number for MM and press 9 and wait 3 seconds it gives you a dial tone and allows you to call out. How do you turn this off?

Is it a caller app or the auto att? If it is the auto att just uncheck 9 as a dialable number in the auto att in the VMSC.

Yeah I found it. The issue was the auto attendant 9 was set to invalid however when you dialed 9 it gave you dial tone. I had to go into the TUI outcalling and uncheck the 9.
